Ok so my boyfriend gave me a new coat and I love it! I think it has only been once this week I haven't worn it. Oops! I've not been too good on the 'lifestyle change' this week. I will admit to the sins of takeaway, please forgive me! The last picture shows how I feel after it all. It's the 1st December today and I shall get back onto the wagon!!!

A few snippets from this week

Trying to get beautiful nails

My nails are awful for chipping!!! Whenever I grow them, they will grow to a nice length and then just disintegrate. I will never normally have them natural, I always have a thick coat of brightly coloured polish on! They are also often discoloured. I would love to be able to have natural long healthy nails. I have heard so much about OPI original nail envy and how it has good results but I have always before been put off by the price.

So today I walked into boots with my scraggy uneven chipped nails, saw that they were on offer and I thought 'FUCK IT' and before I knew it I was at the till. I thought I would share me trying it out on here.

I got home took off my old polish and put on two coats of the nail envy, apparently I am to add another coat every other day for a week then remove with nail polish remover. I plan on trying this out until my nails look good or that I give up hope on having beautiful nails.

Rhi cooks : healthy bean fajitas

Fry grated carrots, onion and garlic

Add 2tsp of spices (cumin and paprika) and chilli paste

Season with salt and pepper

Add two cartons of passata

Add tomato paste

Add green lentils and mixed Mexican beans

Keep on heat until all bubbly and gorgeous

Then assemble wraps with bean filling, fat free yoghurt, and a sprinkle of low fat cheese.

Yummy!

A trip to the imperial war museum

After an interview on Monday *fingers crossed* I met my boyfriend Vis and went to the imperial war museum.
I have not been there since school so I thought it could be an interesting visit. On this school trip I was considered too young to go to the Holocaust section, and now I know why. I did not take pictures in the exhibition as I think they are too sad and horrifying to publish. Our plan was to see this exhibition then explore the rest of the museum but we both got upset and left in need of something comforting and a hot chocolate. It was terrible to see how evil human beings can be.
