Rhi cooks : healthy bean fajitas

Fry grated carrots, onion and garlic

Add 2tsp of spices (cumin and paprika) and chilli paste

Season with salt and pepper

Add two cartons of passata

Add tomato paste

Add green lentils and mixed Mexican beans

Keep on heat until all bubbly and gorgeous

Then assemble wraps with bean filling, fat free yoghurt, and a sprinkle of low fat cheese.

Yummy!
